Holistic Veterinary Care - Complementary Medicine for Animals

Our Holistic Clinicians

Beth Schneider, L.Ac

Beth Schneider believes deeply in the integration of Eastern and Western medicine to achieve the best possible patient outcomes. She sees that principle realized through Holistic Veterinary Care's partnership with Montclair Veterinary Hospital and through the dedicated practitioners from each who work in detailed coordination.

Beth thoughtfully and lovingly treats small animals each day at Holistic Veterinary Care. She cherishes seeing a pet's health improve and energy return as its system reaches a natural point of balance. She is particularly interested in helping animals with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and ophthalmic disorders find relief and heal.

Beth first became interested in Chinese medicine while working as a technician at a holistic veterinary hospital in Sonoma County. She saw the profound difference animal acupuncture treatments made, and she knew she wanted to be able to provide the same aid.

Beth earned her Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College in Berkeley in 2005 and received her license later that year. Her postgraduate studies included Dr. Richard Tan's Balance Method, an internationally recognized system of acupuncture known for its immediate effectiveness in subsiding pain.

Now, Beth brings that expertise, talent and perspective to Holistic Veterinary Care.
