Holistic Veterinary Care - Complementary Medicine for Animals

Holistic Vet Care New Location Coming Soon!

Holistic Veterinary Care is thrilled to be opening a spacious new location on Piedmont Avenue in Oakland! The new location, 4382 Piedmont Avenue, is located where the Piedmont Piano Company showroom used to be on the corner of Piedmont Avenue and Pleasant Valley (51st street). As many of our clients and patients know, Holistic Veterinary Care helps pets feel better through acupuncture, chiropractic care, herbal therapy, pulsed signal therapy (PST), and homeopathy. Our new location allows us to begin offering physical rehabilitation services as well. Pets who have arthritis, neurological disorders, or are in need of post-surgical rehabilitation will benefit from our underwater treadmill, swimming pool, therapeutic ultrasound, and other treatments supervised by our trained veterinary staff. There are more opportunities now than ever before to keep our pets living healthier and happier lives. We look forward helping you keep your furry family members going strong!

Achieve Balance - In Your Pet's Body & Its Care

Holistic veterinary care brings balance to the whole body with techniques such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, chiropractic, Pulsed Signal Therapy and nutritional counseling. Animals can experience meaningful improvement and deep healing that reaches the root of the problem-all through natural means with no side effects. And even when disease is not completely eliminated, oftentimes pets can enjoy vastly more comfortable and carefree lives through holistic treatment.

Holistic medicine can often help when conventional treatment is unwanted or unsuccessful.

Neither Western medicine nor holistic care is the answer to every health problem. Where one is unsuccessful, the other often excels. They key is striking a balance and successfully integrating the two.

As you look through this site you'll find much more about the benefits of holistic veterinary care, as well as information about our approach, physicians and dedicated holistic facility. If you'd like to schedule an appointment or find out if holistic care is right for your pet, please call us at (510) 339-2600.
